May Run Fishing Derby is held on the Victoria Day Weekend and the fishing season officially opens. There are countless fishing derbies with categories and prizes that encompass all you can catch.
Trug Drag is sponsored by the Cochrane Richelieu and is held annually. There are dances, kareoke night, and on Sunday, the trucks race up the hill from the bottom of 6th Avenue.
