Founded as the "University Farm" in 1908 amid fertile fields of the state's Central Valley, UC Davis has emerged as an acknowledged international leader in agricultural, biological, biotechnological and environmental sciences.
UC Davis offer more than 150 undergraduate majors and 70 graduate programs in the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, the College of Engineering and the College of Letter and Science.
