- ·From: All highways. Leave Highway A73 at the Roedental Exit in the direction of Sonneberg, Neustadt, Doerfles-Esbach and keep to your left on to the ST2202. Follow the street course for 500 meters until you pass the local entrance to the city of Doerfles-Esbach. Continue to go straight ahead on this road Neustadter Strasse for approximately two km and then turn left into the street Rosenauer Strabe. Follow this street for approximately 1.50 km, after the Aquaria swim hall turn left to reach the Best Western Blankenburg Hotel.
